Adv. Sanjay Shridhar Kashikar, born on 17th August 1952, started his legal practice in the year 1979 and has a vast experience of almost 40 years in his field. His practice continues till date and he is a well-known and popular personality in social field as well as in the legal circle.
Adv. Kashikar noticed the exploitation and harassment of the staff working in the CBSE Schools all over India. While dealing with various problems of CBSE staff working particularly in Nagpur CBSE schools in the various courts, Adv. Kashikar noticed that there are lots of problems in dealings with the matters in the court as there is no school tribunal established and constituted for the CBSE School’s staff throughout the country.
And so, for resolving the grievances and problems and to protect the rightful interest of CBSE School’s Teaching and non-teaching staff whether permanent, temporary or working on daily wages across the country as regards to their employment and service conditions and to act as their representative for this purpose in all judicial and judicial matters/cases and also to promote the general welfare of the members of the Association all over India, Adv. Sanjay Sridhar Kashikar being the Founder Member and Legal Adviser has established CBSE School’s Staff Welfare Association (C.S.S.W.A.) on 21st March 2017 by getting it registered before the Asst. Charity Commissioner, Nagpur.

- Hence “Unity Matters”.
Hence the very first Association of its kind in all over India under the name and style “CBSE School’s Staff Welfare Association (C.S.S.W.A.)” has come into existence looking towards the collective interest of the members of the Association by legal means.
While dealing with the matters in the court Adv. Kashikar has also observed that the CBSE School’s Staff Welfare Association (C.S.S.W.A.) can help to deal with the basic problems and basic needs of the teaching and non-teaching staff of the CBSE schools all over India.
Here it will also not be out of place to mention that Adv. Sanjay Shridhar Kashikar is also closely associated with the labour field. His father Late Dr. S.L. Kashikar was a well-known figure in the labour field and thus was a veteran trade union leader and also a freedom fighter. Though his father was a medical practitioner by profession, he was equally well-known for his contributions in the labour field.
Adv. Sanjay Kashikar also used to attend various meetings with his father Late Dr. S. L. Kashikar which drew his attention towards the labour field.
At the same time, his mother Late Smt. Subhagatai Kashikar was a Freedom Fighter and also a member of Legislative council in Maharashtra Assembly. Their profound influence has carved deep impact on his mind to contribute towards the betterment of the society at large.
Adv Sanjay Kashikar’s keen interest is in Labour, Service and Civil Matters and it would be fair to say that he treats each case as if it is his own matter/case with great and concrete support of Mrs. Radhika Sanjay Kashikar wife of Adv. Sanjay Kashikar being source of inspiration for Adv Sanjay Kashikar .
