As mentioned on Page No. 40, Clause 38. of CBSE Bye Laws under title “Application for another Post.”:
1. No. member of the staff shall apply for employment elsewhere without notifying through the Principal in writing to the S.M.C. which may grant such permission.
2. At the same time of appointment each candidate will be required to declare particulars abut all other applications he/she might put in for jobs.
