Confirmation

As mentioned on Page No. 37, Clause 28 of CBSE Bye Laws under title “Confirmation”:

Ø If the work and conduct of an employee during the period of probation are found to be satisfactory, he/she will become eligible for confirmation on the expiry of the period of probation or the extended period of probation as the case may be, with effect from the date of expiry of the said period provided he/she fulfills the other requisite conditions.

Ø The employee shall be informed of his confirmation within 3 months of the completion of probation period.

Ø If any employee at any time after confirmation intends to resign he/she shall give three months’ notice in writing or three months’ salary including all allowances to the Managing Committee.
